The vision of our Do Good Law Program is for every nonprofit to have access to quality, essential legal services.
We are committed to helping nonprofits thrive from liftoff and throughout the various stages of their missions. This commitment stems from our attorneys’ extensive prior experiences serving as in-house general counsel at large, sophisticated nonprofits. It was therefore natural for us to create Do Good Law as a distinct, mission-driven program providing nonprofits with discounted hourly rates and transparent project pricing.

For a select number of clients, we serve as general counsel on a monthly retainer basis. A general counsel is an attorney who provides clients with legal advice and strategic input on a day-to-day basis. In this capacity, the client integrates us into their team giving key managers and staff direct access to get their questions answered quickly — without having to worry about an hourly fee.
Our program is flexible and there is no cap on hours.
Monthly retainers range from $2,000 to $10,000, depending on client’s needs. Please request a consultation if you wold like a quote.
